5 star hospitality and niceness. At The Franklin Hotel in London, luxury is at the heart of all-round comfort.

The feeling at home even when you are in a hotel is the best. Being at the same time in the center of London is even better, especially for those who – like me – love the English capital. That’s why the Franklin Hotel strikes, already from the entrance: it does not seem to enter a hotel. Instead it is a Victorian house restored and open at the end of 2016, with 35 rooms and suites on 4 floors and a reception where nothing is left to chance. And then, once we are there, the management is Italian and it makes you feel even more at home. Franklin Hotel is in the heart of Kensington, right in front of the Victoria and Albert Museum. It is part of the Starhotels Collection and has several plus facilities such as free WiFi and a Hammam plan available to guests. And then the
Franklincuisine of the starred chef Alfredo Russo, not a little thing. The rooms are large and just look like one you might have at home: everything is made up of sheets and high quality linens, there are the latest generation televisions, but above all the view in an interior garden only means relaxation. Additionally, if you want, add a tech gym and a health club. But all this would be nothing if there were no kindness and courtesy, from the reception to the girls and boys who serve at the restaurant tables as well as at the bar counter. And this is the point: going to the hotel, even with quality, is not always synonym of comfort. Feeling like at home instead, it is what is worth the price of the stay. And at Franklin it happens.
