America
The Blair Hill Inn, in the heart of the Maine countryside, is surrounded by 21 acres of land overlooking the waters of Moosehead Lake. With two new Michelin star entries among the Mansions, France is one of the ideal destinations for gourmet enthusiasts. Innovation and experimentation characterize the Au Crocodile gourmet restaurant (1 Michelin star) in Strasbourg, where fresh and seasonal ingredients are the protagonists of Chef Franck Pelux extravagance. Chef Jimmy Coutel’s garden is the heart of Château de Valmer’s restaurant kitchen (1 Michelin star).
