45 great chefs of the Le Soste Association sign a recipe book to support the study and protection of high-risk maternity.
“Great Chef with Hello Kitty for AISTMAR Onlus”: this is the title of the book that sees 45 Chefs involved in a charity project in collaboration with Hello Kitty in favor of the Italian Association for the Study and Protection of High Risk Maternity. A collection of 45 unpublished recipes enriched by a personal memory of each Chef on what drove them to become what they are. The guiding thread of the recipe book is the apple – the favorite fruit of Hello Kitty – reinterpreted in all its possible variations, from appetizers to desserts. The Association Le Soste, which brings together some of the most important restaurants since 1982 and represents the best of Italian cuisine, has collaborated in a very important project that aims to support AISTMAR Onlus, which has been committed to providing assistance and care for premature or pathological infants and their families.
