It has just opened at the Rinascente basement, dedicated to design, and it is perfectly integrated into the elegant and modern ambience of Milan’s leading department store. In short, God Save the Food dropped aces poker, landing with its appetizing proposals in Piazza Duomo. At the counter or sitting at the tables, among precious materials such as brass, wood and black marble with white veins flanked by more fresh and contemporary design elements, it is always the right time for a relaxing and tasty break. The format remains the same as that of the locations in Via Tortona, Piazza del Carmine and Viale Piave, with a rich, varied and quality offer that starts with breakfast and accompanies until dinner time. Two menus, one for the coffee bar and one All Day (from noon to the closing). The GSTF breakfast is full of tasty international proposals but also attentive to wellness and delicious dishes such as scrambled eggs, toast with avocado and salmon, paninis, savory mini-croissants, sandwiches; there are of course the classic croissants (also vegans), cakes and tartlets, all accompanied by a wide range of fresh juices, drinks and coffee. The All Day menu proposes the best of the other three restaurants with express, simple, light and healthy dishes based on selected ingredients: Fasssona beaten, tomato and buffalo mozzarella, home made roast beef, grilled vegetables, but also winks to the climate International that you breathe in Rinascente with proposals ranging from club sandwiches to eggs in various recipes, from the most disparate salads to vegetable woks served with Thai rice.
