A day in the kitchen with the Chef of the Berton Restaurant and his brigade to learn the secrets of professional catering
The Masterclass with Andrea Berton will take place on Sunday, the 27th, October, at the Berton Milano Restaurant (1 Michelin star). It will be a unique opportunity to discover the behind the scenes of the recipes created by the chef, who will share useful concepts and recipes for the creation of a menu with the participants. The program includes a welcome coffee followed by about three hours of culinary lessons. At the end of the lesson, guests will receive a gift box with a souvenir of the day and then enjoy lunch, which can also be attended without having taken part in the masterclass.
