Dieci giovanissimi chef internazionali al vaglio di una schiera di stellati e tantissime iniziative aperte al pubblico per una gara del gusto che miscela tradizione, audacia, creativit\u00e0 in un vibrante mix di culture e sapori. Una tre giorni per gourmet appassionati con un calendario fitto di appuntamenti che coinvolge non solo il centro cittadino di Andria, capitale dell\u2019olio evo \u2013 \u00e8 la prima produttrice a scala nazionale \u2013 ma anche il magnifico territorio circostante. Dirimente sar\u00e0 la valorizzazione ed esaltazione dell&#8217;Olio Evo nel piatto presentato.<\/span><br \/><span>La triade dei primi 3 classificati sar\u00e0 rivelata nella serata di sabato 23 marzo al termine di una \u201c<\/span><span><em>Cena di Gola<\/em><\/span><span>\u201d aperta al pubblico, presso la stessa Villa Carafa. Nel corso dell&#8217;evento tutti gli chef in gara si presenteranno al pubblico raccontando il loro piatto e l\u2019esperienza condivisa. Ma Qoco va oltre la gara e la cena di Gala\/Gola e si apre alla citt\u00e0.
