Una partenza entusiasmante per la settima edizione di <\/span><em><span>Gusto<\/span> <span>Montagna<\/span><\/em><span>, la prima grande rassegna di alta cucina in quota che proseguir\u00e0 con altre sei serate fino a Marzo nel palcoscenico di <\/span><em>Prato Nevoso<\/em><span>, in Piemonte. Ad affiancare Mammoliti e colleghi c\u2019\u00e8 <\/span><span><em>Compagnia dei Caraibi<\/em>,<\/span><span> azienda leader nell\u2019importazione e distribuzione di distillati, vini e soft drink di fascia premium e ultra-premium provenienti da tutto il mondo, nonch\u00e9 birre craft italiane. Bosque Gin, Whitley Neill Gin e Cognac Ferrand si alterneranno durante le serate e accompagneranno il momento aperitivo e il pairing con una portata firmata dallo chef stellato ospite. Il dopo cena vedr\u00e0 protagonisti gli amari e liquori di propriet\u00e0 di Compagnia dei Caraibi: Salvia &amp; Limone e Mandragola durante gli appuntamenti firmati da Bosque Gin e Whitley Neill; le serate Cognac Ferrand prevederanno il servizio di prodotto neat anche nel dopo cena. La mixology experience sar\u00e0 firmata dal team advocacy di CdC. L\u20198 marzo lo Chalet Il Rosso ospiter\u00e0 <span><em>Antonio Ziantoni<\/em><\/span>*, Zia Restaurant (Roma).
