“20 years of history, love, passion, work, joy, sacrifice, satisfactions and dreams”. Here shortly what there is behind La Casa degli Spiriti restaurant in Costermano sul Garda. Federico Chignola who falls in love with this old abandoned stone house built at the end of ‘700 on top of the hill with a breathtaking view on Lake of Garda, lady Sara, his beautiful wife and patron of the restaurant and Paolo Cappuccio, executive chef, one Michelin star and a unique talent to the quality of ingredients. Together, as usual, even the 8th of June for the gran soirée that will start at 8 p.m. with the eclectic sea fish menu by chef Paolo Cappuccio who, for this great birthday, will sign a fancy menu served with the most prestigious sparkling wines from the cellar where guests can find more than 1.500 bottles of wine. And the après-dinner? Music and fireworks all night long.
