Chef Massimo Bottura with his Osteria Francescana in Modena was crowned yesterday in Cipriani Wall Street in New York as the best restaurant in the world. First Italian restaurant to be be elected the best in the world, Osteria Francescana has surpassed the last year winner, the Spanish “El celler de Can Roca”. The third place has gone to the Eleven Madison Park in New York, while in the top ten there are Peruvian, Danish (The Noma in Copenaghen, the winner for four times), French, Spanish, Japanese and Australian restaurants. So here is where you should be eating in 2016!
