Just look at it to understand the reason of an Oled television. Nice and (enough) accessible, with the unique technology that enhances the color thanks to the perfect black. LG focused a lot on it thinking big and it is for this reason that they – satisfied – presented the new range to be released in September at the Rimadesio showroom in Milan. With a super-luxury model. Paolo Sandri, Consumer Electronics Home Entertainment Director of LG Italy, has disclosed growing numbers: “The 2015 was the year of the consecration of the Oled: the awards received at international level and the excellent feedback on the Italian market last year are in fact the confirmation of the excellence achieved by LG TV for a new technological excellence standard for the market”. The reason is clear: 2015 ended with a total of over 11,000 units sold compared to 1,994 in the previous year and the first half of the year the growth was 600%. So here they are G6 and E6, the top models of the new range strictly flat ( “to enhance the image,” says Sandri), the first created with a revolutionary design: the ultra thin panel is applied to an elegant glass frame, the sound quality – entrusted to the specialist harman / kardon – is guaranteed by a front, adjustable soundbar for wall mounting (the G6). All new Oled from LG have the warranty seal of Premium Ultra HD UHD Alliance and it means that they meet the highest quality standards in terms of HDR resolution, brightness, black rendering, color range, audio quality and many other parameters . The new line also supports HDR standards set by major broadcasters in the world, from movie studios and technology manufacturers for consumer electronics like HDR10 & Dolby Vision. So, a video – with a 10-bit panel and a computing power of many 10-bit – to create more than one billion color combinations and sound with the front sound bars (adjustable for wall installation in G6) with distortion-free sound and extra woofer that provides more powerful bass. All models of the new LG OLED TV range are certified to receive all content from the Internet, digital terrestrial and satellite T2 (tivùsat certificate). But above all they are real pieces of design.
