Golf, haute cuisine and fine wine. This is the program of “9 holes”, menu of 9 courses 4 hands that Franco Aliberti, chef at the starring restaurant La Presef, Mantello and Riccardo Gaspari, a former pupil of Massimo Bottura and now chef of the restaurant El Brite, Larieto will realize next Saturday, July 30th, to pay tribute to the stage of the Ampezzo GreensGolfCup at the Faloria Mountain Spa Resort in Cortina d’Ampezzo. The two chefs, who share a passion for high altitude, will accompany guests to explore the local flavors of their respective mountains of origin: Valtellina by Aliberti and Ampezzane by Gaspari. The selection of matching wines will be organized by Tenuta Sette Ponti and Feudo Maccari, wineries sponsor of the golf tournament as well as partners of Greens – Golf Lab since the founding of the circuit races. It starts at 18.30 with a cocktail dedicated to the awarding of the game winners and it continues with dinner “9 holes” at 20.30. Cost of dinner € 70 per person including wine; for participants to GreensGolfCup € 50 including wine (info and reservations at Faloria Resort).
