Till November the 13th you can taste a precious truffle in Marche region. Acqualagna, a town of 4.400 inhabitants located within the province of Pesaro and Urbino, has a long-standing traditions of research, production and sale of the most famous tuber of all times and it is the harvest centre of two-thirds of the entire national production of the precious tuber with around 600 kilos of truffle of every kind. Among the new entries, The Taste Parlour and Cooking Show “The Truffle Encounters The Italian Regions”. This is the pride and joy of the event. Guided tastings, a cooking show with the greatest chefs, contests in the kitchen among VIPs and presentations of the “books to savour”. During the days of the Fair “The Truffle meets the Italian Regions” is a cooking show which will marry the taste of the Acqualagna Truffle to the wine and gastronomic excellence of our Belpaese.
