It is a 9-course lunch the one designed by Andrea Berton for Christmas Day. In its Milanese restaurant, the chef will fully express its own style, with some unusual dishes and reminding his guests that this feast day it’s a big celebration. So, each course will be accompanied by a selection of wines from Maison Pommery, champagne included, and for lovers of Alba white truffle the regular menù will be integrated with one or more courses of precious ingredient.
