The World Best Female Chef 2017 Ana Roš will be guest at gourmand appointment “Dining with the Stars” in Maldives resort Diamonds Thudufushi.
Newly elected as the best female chef of the year by the ranking “The World’s 50 Best Restaurants”, Ana Roš is about to leave the kitchen of her restaurant Hiša Franko – which runs with her husband Valter Kramar in Kobarid, Slovenia – to participate to the third edition of “Dining with the Stars”. On February, the 12th to the20th, the World Best Female Chef in 2017 will in fact host the kitchens of the Maldives Diamonds Thudufushi resort in gourmet contest that brings star chefs of the Jeunes Restaurateurs (JRE) in the kitchens of the most exclusive Diamonds Hotels & Resorts by Hospitality Planhotel Group. Upon her arrival on the island Ana Roš will perform in a show cooking in the relaxed atmosphere of the Buffet Restaurant of the resort, but the real show will be staged with gala dinners, exclusive 6-course dinner served in the splendid Over Water Restaurant. Nor there will be a cooking class during which the chef will reveal the recipes and the secrets of her cuisine. The third edition of “Dining with the Stars” will feature from across Europe chefs JRE, who will offer their unique dishes in these enchanted places offering a sensory experience all round. From January until the end of April, every week 49 chefs JRE will sign the menu of à la carte restaurants not only of Diamonds Thudufushi but also of Diamonds Arthuruga resort (North Ari atoll) and Diamonds Star of the East, one of the most desirable properties in Zanzibar.
