Blend and not monocultivar. A precise choice the one from Pujje, which reflects the desire to create a unique and recognizable oil that can enhance both the know-how of the master olive oil, which is entrusted with the task of finding the magic formula that creates a unique product, both the many varieties of Apulian olives produced by 11,000 plants owned by the company. Pujje, a new brand of the oil sector, offers the harmonious and delicate Amphitrite, smooth taste and a spicy aftertaste just mentioned, fruity nose; and the intense and robust Rea, with notes of tomato leaves and herbs, with a predominance of almond, which gives the best of itself with equally robust dishes. A product of excellence born from the idea of three young Apulian lovers of their land and conceived as a creation of haute couture, a garment made by hand, a clever mix of cultivation techniques handed down for generations, advanced processing methods and a bottle essential design and sophisticated. The link with the land of origin is clear since the choice of names: if Pujje is the term for the Apulia in ancient dialect from Taranto, Amphitrite and Rhea, respectively a beautiful sea nymph and Titanide mother of Zeus, goddess of abundance, remember the cultural legacy of the Magna Grecia, of which the City of the Two Seas was one of the most flourishing centers. Pujje, with a production of 5000 liters of cold pressed extra virgin olive oil, is distributed in high-end specialty stores and restaurants, as well as in the hotel industry, in bottles of 500 and 200 ml (price recommended: 28 to 32 Euros for the 500 ml format and 15 to 18 for 200ml).
