It is a jewelery maison that has been based in Orvieto since 1994. But it is also a fairy tale, a true poem that is born from a casual encounter and that translates into precious collections that tell an extraordinary world of magic and technique, patience and dream. Tiziana and Massimo Aloisio, the founders of Orogami, meet by chance in 1990 and leave no longer. Accompanied by love for design, art and architecture – their profession – but also for gold and for precious ones, they decide to learn techniques and crafts secrets with some of the most renowned Roman jewish masters deepening, at the same time, their knowledge of the technologies applied to modern goldsmiths. But it is their sensitivity and their knowledge of artistic expression in different cultures, matured in numerous research trips, to broaden their personal and professional horizons, addressing them to a very personal approach and perspective of jewelery design. The various collections thus emerge, in a mix of concepts and ideas referring to history, art, archeology, and echoes of classical, oriental, tribal, and mysterious cultures of spirituality and symbolism
in the most diverse traditions. And here’s the Seed Collection, where the Seed of Life rises abruptly from its own ashes (the collection was conceived following the events of September 11, 2001), or The Labyrinth Collection, to remember the path that each of us should do in our life to find themselves in the center of our life. And again, The Sphere Collection to wish “a world of good,” and The Bubbles Collection, which with its bubbles (soap) invites you to never stop dreaming.
