The Leading Hotels of the World, the collection of luxury hotels that unites the gems of independent hospitality in the world, celebrates its 90th anniversary with two exclusive “legendary” dinners.
Founded in 1928 by a group of influential and far-sighted European hoteliers, it initially had 38 affiliated hotels, including the Hotel Royal Evian and Le Negresco, both in France. Today the collection boasts over 400 hotels in more than 75 countries, united not by what makes them equal, but by the details that differentiate them. are in fact absolutely rooted in their territory and reflect their essence and tradition also through the various architectural and design styles, cultural experiences that can be offered to guests and a passionate staff, competent and attentive to every need. To celebrate the 90th anniversary, Leading Hotels organized two exclusive “Leading Legends Dinner” at the beginning of March: one in Rome in the starred restaurant Pipero and one in Milan in the new Cracco in Galleria. Two dinners also wanted to thank the
best customers of the collection, ie the members of the Leaders Club loyalty program. The hotels that partecipated at the 2 birthdays were Grand Hotel Excelsior Vittoria (Sorrento), Grand Hotel Stockholm (Sweden), Hotel Il Pellicano (Porto Ercole), Hotel La Perla (Corvara in Badia), Le Sirenuse (Positano), Terre Blanche Hotel Spa Golf Resort (Tourrettes, France), the two
founding members Hotel Royal Evian and Le Negresco and the new opening Seven Pines Ibiza resort. But the celebrations are not over: on March, the 14th, at the Milanese Spazio Gessi, 20 representatives of as many iconic Leading Hotels will turn off the 90 candles in the company of the most important partners in the collection.
