Atelier in Venice, will take part in a contemporary retelling of the sumptuous aristocratic banquets of the 18th century, tasting refined dishes by starred Chef Luca Marchini, who conceived the menu inspired by the theme of the event, giving importance to the sensorial experience that food offers along with the palatal emotions. These will be accompanied by the unmistakable perlage of the Champagne Apanage Blanc de Blancs della Maison Vranken-Pommery sparkling partner of the Il Ballo del Doge that will illuminate the toasts of all the attendees in the magical atmosphere of Carnival. Each glass of champagne will spread the white and gold and the buoyant effervescent of a typical Venetian glamourous atmosphere. From the estates in Provence of the Maison Pommery, together with its prestigious champagne, La Chapelle Gordonne Rosé wine will make its debuts, enhancing the dinner.
