We are all ready for new gastronomic adventures at the restaurant, between gourmet experiences and conviviality. So, here is a small selection of the reopening not to be missed.

restaurantThe historic Cantina Piemontese restaurant in Milan had already reopened its dehor completely renovated and designed to safely accommodate up to 35 people at the end of April. Chef Ivo Boggini is ready to let us discover the true flavors of traditional Piedmontese cuisine and the more ancient Savoyard one. The sommelier Domenico Sardella proposes an itinerary among all the Italian regions through a wide selection of wines (more than 400 labels). A few steps from the famous square of Capri, D’Amore Ristorante, one of the new Italian entries in the Les Collectionneursrestaurant selection, welcomes gourmand travelers wishing to discover authentic cuisine that lays its foundations in traditional recipes. As in a journey through time, expertly dosing past and present, Chef Pasquale Rinaldo contains in each of his dishes thepassion for the great classics and modern techniques (Capri, Via Fuorlovado 36).

Chef Gian Michele Galliano has decided to bring the Japanese Kaiseki style of cuisine to his Euthalia restaurant with a tasting menu served with many dishes in small portions. The chef offers a single tasting menu, that can be declined in different courses, based on fresh local ingredients. (Vicoforte, Cuneo, SS28 8 / E).

Mi View, the restaurant with a panoramic view of the city of Milan, reopens on June, the 1st. A new beginning that introduces many innovations both for lunch and for dinner. A la carte menu and structured travel itineraries tell the philosophy of the restaurant and the quality of exclusively artisanal raw materials processed by the creativity and technique of the executive chef Christian Spagnoli. At lunch, the 5-course tasting menu is always available. Regarding the service there is an air of novelty: the Maitre Sommelier Monica Angeli, who takes care of the selection of wines, has created a small aperitif card with some mixology proposals always inspired by the use of spirits from small producers of the Artigiano circuit Fiera (Milano, Viale Achille Papa 30).

restaurantTancredi, a restaurant that is almost “pieds dans l’eau” on Lake Garda, reopened on May 1st under the banner of news. Chef Roberto Stefani’s cuisine breaks the mold and offers a harmonious, elegant and contaminated Mediterranean style, enhancing the product and the raw material without distorting it and deeply enhancing the characteristics of each ingredient. Among the novelties there is also a spirits menu designed to offer two new “convivial moments”: an aperitif at sunset in the garden, between the scent of jasmine and floral varieties and a relaxing after dinner in the moonlight and with the light calm of the lake at night (Sirmione, via XXV Aprile 75).

restaurantTerrazza Costantino is another 2021 new entry in the Les Collectionneurs world. Located in front of the Favara reserve, with a unique 180 degree view of the Madonie (Unesco heritage), the restaurant boasts only 5 tables in a country-chic style room. Chef Giuseppe Costantino amazes the most curious palates with a tasting menu that enhances local and regional products in a mix of flavors and textures, with great attention to spontaneous herbs and wild plants (Sclafani Bagni, Palermo, Rione Sant’Antonio 24 ).

The Italian community of Les Collectionneurs has also been enriched this year by the Vescovado gourmet restaurant, located within the walls of the medieval village of Noli. Inside a fifteenth-century building once the residence of Bishops, with a panoramic view of one of the most evocative stretches of coast of the western Ligurian Riviera, the reign of starred Chef Giuseppe Ricchebuono takes shape. The frescoed rooms welcome a light and tasty cuisine, made of a few ingredients, each of which represents the best that the Ligurian territory offers (Noli, Savona, Piazzale Rosselli – Lungomare Marconi).
