COMO Castello del Nero brings the flavors of Tuscany to the heart of London with an exclusive menu by Executive Chef Giovanni Luca Di Pirro.
COMO CastelloFor eight nights only, from 17 to 26 February 2022, COMO Castello Del Nero brings the taste of Tuscany to COMO Metropolitan London in the heart of the British capital, in Park Lane. Giovanni Luca Di Pirro, Executive Chef and F&B Manager of the Italian property signed by the Singapore group COMO Hotels and Resorts, has created an exclusive menu that highlights the signature dishesCOMO Castello of the La Taverna restaurant, within the estate in Chianti. In the same property, Chef Di Pirro also leads the starred restaurant La Torre. London guests will thus be able to learn about the style and techniques of the chef who pay homage to Italy and Tuscany. In line with COMO’s farm to table philosophy, only the freshest and most seasonal ingredients are used on the menu. Among the dishes on the menu are homemade pasta, a selection of La Taverna’s proposals such as the Fiorentina, but also pizzas with local ingredients and interesting wine labels, for a true taste of Italy and Tuscany. In addition to the dinner service, chef Di Pirro will host two masterclasses dedicated to homemade pasta on 19 and 26 February. Guests will learn the secrets of making a perfect pasta dish, along with other Italian classics such as Tiramisu. After the course, participants will then be able to enjoy a dish paired with the Italian wine selected by the chef and a taste of desserts. Places are limited and by reservation.
