Perù on the bar counter. It’s called Ceviche Hours – Mio Bar meets Pacifico, and it’s the new way to have a drink thanks to Mio Bar at Park Hyatt Milano and Pacifico, the first Peruvian restaurant in Italy. From September the 15th to November the 15th the Mio Bar counter becames a cevichería with a Pacifico’s chefs show cooking of 5 different kinds of Ceviche matched by 5 Pisco cocktails. Here are the 5 different kind of Ceviche in menu made by chef Jaime Pesaque :
– Ceviche Puro (sea-bass and classic leche de tigre with choclo, cancha and red onion)
– Ceviche Asiatico (tuna fish and miso leche de tigre )
– Ceviche Mixto (scallops, shrimps and rocoto leche de tigre )
– Ceviche Barrio Chino (salmon, won ton and leche de tigre chifera )
– Ceviche San Isidro (red shrimps and olive oil and parmesan leche )
