From the collaboration between two food excellence it borns Secondo Tradizione, the fresh reality at the top of the Roman restaurants. The two-starred restaurant Il Pagliaccio (Via dei Banchi Vecchi) by chef Anthony Genovese and the historical food shop La Tradizione (Via Cipro) have in fact decided to give life to Secondo Tradizione-Banco & Cucina, new sign located in Via Rialto. Focus on raw material and expertise for a project that relies on a tradition that can keep up with the times. And while at the Banco (desk) there are the products of Stefano Lobina and Francesco Praticò, souls and faces of La Tradizione, the Cucina (kitchen) focuses on youth chef Piero Drago and Jacopo Ricci as well as Francesco Di Lorenzo, trusted Anthony Genovese’s sous chef, committed to propose the classics dishes of Roman tradition but also new dishes featuring refined and expert touches. You can choose for lunch and dinner, but also for a drink after 18.00, among different combinations of not only Italian meats and cheeses prepared by the gastronomist Marco Marcelli. The hall is entrusted to the young Giulia Quintigliani who gracefully and courtesy presents Banco & Cucina dishes.
