Singapore Airlines introduces the new range of Italian regional dishes on flights from Milan Malpensa in all classes of travel
The new proposal, which celebrates the tradition of the cuisine of the beautiful country, responds to the tastes and preferences of Italian passengers and offers to foreign travelers coming back from our country a taste of local flavors. The courses sweep from northern to southern tradition dishes, offering travelers a wide range of proposals that perform the most famous recipes of several Italian regions, ranging from beef tenderloin with Piedmont Barbaresco, to the Gubana del Friuli to the famous Cassata, passing through the Macafame of Vicenza. The new regional menu offers several dishes based on seasonal products, with recipes carefully designed to be very good and tasty even in flight, to offer passengers of Singapore Airlines a high level of food service on board.
The Italian regional dishes are added to the already rich offer in the field of Singapore Airlines food and beverage. In fact, on Suite, First and Business Class board there are gourmet menus created by the International Culinary Panel (ICP), a panel of seven celebrity chefs worldwide including Carlo Cracco. First and business classes passengers can also preselect, at least 24 hours before departure, the main course of the meal by a fine selection through the Book the Cook service. The company has also recently introduced on all classes the Deliciously Wholesome offering healthy meals designed to meet the needs of the growing number of health conscious travelers.
