September is the right time to discover a resort that is a true oasis of peace

Plunged in 22 hectares of vineyards and olive groves, it is a small hamlet that houses 24 rooms and suites, plus the restaurant, two outdoor swimming pools and the Thesan Etruscan Spa that offers treatments with the products of the Azienda Profumo Farmaceutica Santa Maria Novella Florence and with the aromatic herbs of the garden. The restaurant, 1 Michelin star, led by Silvia Regi and Richard Titi, with three dining rooms and a wonderful terrace overlooking Cortona, offers Tuscan cuisine with seasonal and local ingredients, re-invented and valued in an original way. During cooking classes Silvia reveals the secrets of her starry cuisine, including some Etruscan recipes, simplified and reworked according to the most modern tastes. The lessons are calibrated for different levels of skill and on themes, such as game, homemade pasta, vegetable flavors, and even how to make pecorino. During the grape harvest, on demand, it is possible to become for few hours a farmer with a basket, shears and a hat, to cut the grapes together with Riccardo Baracchi and the true farmers.
