Back to the 16th and 17th of September Sweety of Milano, the event celebrating the great art of pastry.
Two days dedicated to the high pastry but also castings for the upcoming edition of “The Sweetman”, the SkyUno program with the famous Pastry Chef Iginio Massari.
The third appointment with Sweety of Milano will always be the perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in the fascinating world of pastry, to taste the recipes of the greatest Italian pastry-makers and also to try to seize the secrets.
There will be 24 Pastry Chefs – including the already mentioned Massari, Luca Montersino, Salvatore De Riso, Maurizio Santin, Giancarlo Perbellini, Stella Ricci and Davide Comaschi – for a total of 100 unmissable creations (to be purchased) and 60 appointments between laboratories and Masterclass, during which you will be able to acquire the basic techniques of the pastry art but also try to push a bit further to make each sweet a masterpiece of gourmand.
What’s new in the third edition is the Sweety Academy, with a rich program of meetings and workshops (free) that will complement the Masterclass program with prestigious patissier. And for those who aspire to become a “top” Maître Pâtissier, there are castings for the 2018 edition of “The Sweetman” the SkyUno baking-format produced by Level33 – with Master Iginio Massari.
