The first Business Class of a long-haul low-cost airline is called BIZclass. Eurowings will offer it from the end of April.
With the summer schedule 2018, Eurowings will be the first low-cost airline to introduce a Business Class on some long-haul routes. It will not be called Business Class but BIZclass and will celebrate its debut on March at the ITB in Berlin, the most important tourism fair. It will be available starting from the end of April, but it will be pre-booked on a date to be defined. Eurowings will offer seats with more legroom, more amenities and of course a larger armchair. With a simple button push the BIZclass armchair will turn into a “full flat” bed of about two meters ideal for resting during a long flight. The classes of Eurowings, Basic, Smart and Best remain unchanged. The new BIZclass product will offer not only a more comfortable chair, but also a special catering and other new services.
