From Bisol the two extreme expressions of the most precious vineyard in Italy, the Cartizze
Bisol offers to winelovers two versions of Cartizze, from the most traditional to the most innovative: Cru Cartizze and Private Cartizze. Two deeply different interpretations that best express the uniqueness of the Cartizze hill. Cru Cartizze, sparkling wine loved for its fine perlage and elegant fresh softness, and Private Cartizze, extra brut sparkling wine with a limited edition re-fermentation in bottle, have received important international awards. Bisol cultivates directly the farm located on the top of the Cartizze hill, the most expensive sparkling vineyard in the world, a perfect example of the passion for heroic viticulture that Bisol has been transmitting for 21 generations since 1542.
PRIVATE CARTIZZE
DOCG Extra Brut 2013
Classic Method – Re-fermentation in the bottle – Pas dosé
Result of long research in the wine field, it is born after 21 months of aging in bottle: an elegant, evolved, persistent and particularly long-lasting sparkling wine. Refermentation in the bottle is the most interesting way to enhance the particularities of Cartizze. It is a great wine to be enjoyed at mealtime, where it releases its elegant and infinite personality to the palate.
CRU CARTIZZE DOCG Dry 2016
Martinotti method – Re-fermentetion in steel
Straw yellow, with bright reflections that turn from pastel shades to golden hues, this Cartizze refers to an interesting intensity and creamy richness. Its olfactory approach is characterized by a complexity of fresh aromas, from white pulp fruits, citrus fruit, peach and apricot, touching the florealness of the hints of rose, with a note of almond.
