The timeless cocktails revisited for the most classic of American brunches
Until mid-May, every Sunday from 11.00 to 16.00, Mixology Food Bar Bulk, inside the Hotel Viu in via Aristotile Fioravanti, 4 in Milan, will present the original Sunday brunch according to the American tradition. An à la carte menu signed by the chef Giancarlo Morelli, specially designed to propose typical American dishes such as pancakes, waffles, smoothies and created exclusively to meet the needs of all those who on Sundays want to taste the most traditional of American brunches, comfortably sitting in the relaxing, convivial and modern Bulk room. Every Sunday the menu will be accompanied by a selection of light cocktails studied and revisited for the occasion, with the use of seasonal products. In addition to the classics ones already present in Bulk paper, each month a special cocktail will be presented, designed in collaboration with one of the 6 brands, which will sponsor the event: Bulleit, Zacapa, Single Malt, Jhonny Walker, Tanqueray, Ketel One, Don Julio.
