September starts in sweetness with the new edition of Sweety of Milan, the biggest event dedicated to pastry.
Save the date for September, the 15th and the 16th, at the Palazzo delle Stelline for the sweetest weekend of the year. Now in its fourth edition, Sweety of Milan represents a real pastry symposium during which to discover, taste and learn the recipes of the greatest Italian pastry chefs. From all over Italy 25 great masters of confectionery art will arrive with 100 unmissable sweets to taste at the moment but also to buy and 60 appointments between laboratories, academies and master classes. Among the creations of the Maître pâtissier there will be those of Iginio Massari, Sal De Riso, Ernst Knam, Luigi Biasetto and Giancarlo Perbellini, just to name a few. As for the events scheduled, there will also be an aperitif on Saturday, the 15th, with the refined cocktails of bartender Cristian Lodi and the unpublished pastry pairing of pastry chef Nicolò Moschella, the exhibition of the best photographs of the first edition of the amateur contest Design of the Dolce and finally Sweety Baby, pastry lessons for children.
