Stellato is the name of the new adventure that unites Simone Sabaini, an entrepreneur whose name has become, through his company Sabadì, the synonym of excellent Modica chocolate and Stefano Ciotti, starred chef at the Nostrano restaurant in Pesaro. An idea born during the lockdown, a period in which food delivery has grown exponentially becoming a real trend. But there is no delivery system that is suitable for everyone – think Simone and Stefano – and therefore they imagine adapting the food delivery proposal to a particular offer such as that of a starred restaurant with the intention of not losing perfection.
Thus was born Stellato, Alta Cucina, Quasi Pronta, A Casa Tua (Haute Cuisine, Almost Ready, At Your Home). Precisely here lies the difference compared to traditional deliveries: as the payoff associated with the brand states, Stellato delivers almost ready meals at home that the customer only has to finish with a few simple steps that are explained in an equally simple way, for a guaranteed result. In fact, in each box there are not only quality ingredients, necessary to compose delicious dishes, but the soul and heart of Ciotti, to allow those who wish to become “star chefs” at home, living a perfect experience like that proposed by the Nostrano restaurant.
