64 Historic Estates with winery will participate in the 2018 Vinitaly event (April, 15th to 18th) and that represent an annual production of 35 million bottles, coming from around 30,000 hectares of property: a great experiential tour that combines history, culture, landscape and exceptional wines. The ADSI members are in fact owners of cultural assets bound as a national monument which, in the case of wine estates, in addition to the cellars include gardens, vineyards, olive groves and woods, in a combination of extraordinary beauty at the same time architectural and landscape. All the historic wine cellars can be visited by appointment. Among the participants at Vinitaly 2018 over 50 are also holiday farms, with a total offer of 800 rooms that, from Trentino-Alto Adige to Sicily, allow food and wine lovers to stay in places rich in history and tradition.
