The season of the great food and wine events re-opens at the Swiss Diamond, theexclusive 5-stars hotel on the shore of Lugano Lake. Thursday, April 14th (at 6.45 p.m.) the master of Italian cuisine Sergio Mei will host executive chef of Restaurant Lago, Egidio Iadonisi, for an unmissable culinary duet. The will of the two chefs is to create a unique menu where the Mediterranean and its flavors will be the stars, even if interpreted according to its own culinary identity. Mei cuisine in fact follows in the wake of the Sardinian tradition, and in his dishes you can taste the sea and feel the strong connection with the land, while the Iadonisi one is made of meetings between selected Mediterranean first sourced materials and excellence of Swiss territory. Here, then, that you can enjoy, among other things, the Catalan lobster, the Sardinian fregula with clams, bean and mullet by Mei but also prawns of Vallemaggia bread or the new liquid pastiera signed Iadonisi. The dinner will be preceded by an aperitif which will be the same chef to propose small surprising delights to tantalize the taste buds of the guests.
