For the 15th stage of the Relais & Châteaux Gourmet Festival, on April 24th, the two Michelin starring Anthony Genovese will host at his Roman restaurant Il Pagliaccio Annie Féolde, Chef Owner of the Enoteca Pinchiorri in Florence, the first woman chef to be awarded 3 stars Michelin and key figure for the formation of the Genovese career. Annie Féolde will be accompanied as usual by Executive Chef Riccardo Monco and Alessandro Della Tommasina, Chef of the historical Florentine restaurant. “For me it is a great honor and a strong emotion welcome in the kitchens of Il Pagliaccio The Enoteca Pinchiorri, the restaurant where I worked and where I got in the game in the past, with whom I have a great emotional bond, as well as professional,” said Chef Genovese. For the evening it was studied a very special menu, which provides for the succession of dishes of the two prestigious names involved. Given the very limited places, as the restaurant in the heart of Rome can only count on 28 seats, the evening is by reservation only. Next, Il Pagliaccio on May 9th will move in the kitchens of the Relais Borgo Santo Pietro, in the province of Siena, for a 4-hands dinner Gourmet Festival Relais & Châteaux with Chef Andrea Mattei.
