The Badrutt’s Palace will celebrate its 120th birthday on July, 29th and celebrations will involve for a whole week not only the guests of the legendary hotel but the entire city of St. Moritz. Blowing out the candles on the cake, exciting culinary specialties will delight internal and external guests for the whole summer. The Executive Chef Michel Jost personally invites guests to join him at the “Chef’s Table” in the historic kitchens, to share the flavors of its refined dishes. Guests will live the excitement of the kitchens, considered the heart of the hotel. The “Chef’s Table” is bookable for internal and external guests of the hotel, from CHF 220 per person excluding drinks. For those who enjoy dining outdoor, they can eat buffet every sunday on the terrace of the “Chesa Veglia” or choose the summer menu inspired by “Surf Turf” – based on light menu sushi and sashimi and hearty grilled meat – on the terrace of “La Diala”, the Palace Wellness near the restaurant with wonderful views of St. Moritz lake. The “Gourmet Safari” is rather an exciting culinary journey through the hotel. We begin relaxing with a classic aperitif at “Le Grand Hall”, then continue with a detailed tour in the old winery “Palace Wine Cellar”. After the tour, you dine at “Le Restaurant” for the main course and finally the great descend into the “Palace Pâtisserie”, the bakery where sweet works of art are created daily. The “Gourmet Safari” is bookable for internal and external guests of the hotel, from CHF 260 per person excluding drinks. August will eventually become particularly sparkling from 13th to 20th with “Berries & Champagne”, delicious and refreshing champagne accompanied by fresh fruit, light desserts such as mousse and sorbet, sandwiches, all served in the green oasis of the new garden summer “Veranda Western”.
