It has been called the Renaissance of Italian sandwich copyright and obviously it is born in Florence, right behind the Uffizi Gallery. The author is Alessandro Frassica, creator and soul (since 2006) of ‘Ino, one of the most famous nationwide and internationally delicatessens where selected raw materials give rise to exceptional quality and originality sandwiches known and appreciated around the world and aspired by famous star chefs, offering them on their menus. Signature sandwiches, included in the menu Gallia Lounge & Bar and the Excelsior Hotel Gallia – a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan -, will be featured from tomorrow until December the 15th of a gourmet lectures. It’s coming back in fact the second edition of Il Cantin’ino del Gallia, a series of events related to the search and the discovery of the gastronomic quality philosophy that has made Alessandro Frassica famous worldwide. The calendar includes six events, all on Thursday, at the hotel’s Wine Cellar: starting tomorrow, October the 20th with The Sea and then they continue on November the third with The Spicy; on November the 10th with The Veggie, the 17th with Earth, on December the 1st with The Classics and finally on December the 15th with The Sea 2. (the cost of each lesson is 35 Euros per person, reservations at the Excelsior Hotel Gallia).
