France and Italy meet at the table again in the last stage of Grands Chefs Experience event in the name of high gastrononomy.
It’s the 4th and final stage in Venice on January, the 19th, for Grands Chefs Experience, the series of gastronomic events in the France-Italy union sign organized by MGallery by Sofitel – collection of boutique hotels of the Accorhotels group – and JRE, the association that brings together young and talented chefs from 16 countries. After Florence, Milan and Palermo, the city of the Doges will host a tasting 4 hands menu in the name of creativity and innovation between Italy and France in the renovated Hotel
Papadopoli Venezia MGallery by Sofitel. For the occasion, the starred chef Piergiorgio Siviero (Lazzaro 1915 Restaurant of Pontelongo, Padova) will meet Benjamin Delpierre, named by Gault & Millau among the 24 young talents of French cuisine (La Liégeoise Restaurant in Wimereux). Davide Lazzarini, resident chef of the restaurant Il Giardino d’Inverno, will do the honors for the final evening of Grand Chefs Experience (Info and reservations at the hosting hotel).
