Restaurant IGNIV by Andreas Caminada@Badrutt’s Palace has opened its doors last December, the 21th. A new great success for the Fine-Dining Experience-Sharing-signed by tristarred chef.
IGNIV is a new concept in convivial experience that revolves around the taste of good food, togetherness by spending time in a relaxed and quiet atmoshere. The Fine-Dining-Sharing-Experience by Andreas Caminada, three Michelin stars and 19 GaultMillau points with its main restaurant – the Schauenstein Schloss Restaurant Hotel in Fürstenau, Switzerland – enchants since last December also the guests of the historic Badrutt’s Palace in St. Moritz. The second IGNIV restaurant, after the first opened a year ago in Bad Ragaz, offers gourmet specialties “IGNIV Signature Dishes” but also new dishes especially created for St. Moritz. At the helm of IGNIV@Badrutt’s there is chef Marcel Skibba, currently substitute chef at Schauenstein Schloss Restaurant, while once again the responsibility to better represent the brand concept and the new atmosphere has been entrusted to the Spanish architect and interior designer Patricia Urquiola, who has made the restaurant a cozy nest for guests at Badrutt’s Palace.
