Getting ready for the final rush of ShortCookingRace|2016, the fast races of high cuisine by italian architectures supervised by Chef Umberto Zanassi.
It will be as usual the new FlagShip Store SieMatic in Milan to host the final evening of the first ShortCookingRace Italian edition. The appointment with the 4 architectural firms who are awarded the entry to the final thanks to their culinary skills is the 25th January (18.30). Progetto CMR, Baldessari e Baldessari, FZI Interiors and GLA-Genius Loci Architettura will – in just 30 minutes – interpret, cook and present to the public (on request and subject to availability) and the jury the dish decided from chef Umberto Zanassi for decisive game, the “Chicken breast cooked vaccum at a low temperature.”
