Elegant and urban chic, Conti Guest House is the new Milanese luxury residence in line with the needs of a cosmopolitan clientele.
An elegant but not formal hospitality, feeling at home. Conti Guest House, the new point of reference for travelers who stop in Milan, accept it as a real world full of services, a lively place full of precious and harmonious detail to live in relax. Located close to the city center, in a quiet residential area built in the early ‘900 by following the concept of English Villages, the Guest House was built in a building on three floors (in Via Tiepolo 38). The concept of contemporary luxury of the owners Marta Conti and Laura Ratti expressed through modernity, functionality, good taste, which has contributed decisively to the restoration project, the design and interior designer architect Nicola Gisonda. The architectural project has in fact developed through a radical restructuring, transforming a residential facility in a guest house of six rooms, common living area equipped with a kitchen and a garden with a gazebo. The entire project, through the language of architecture and interior design wants to express an idea of luxury accommodation but closer to the concept of “residence” where the spaces meet the needs of guests. The rooms, all with private bathroom, are divided into four double and two singles, for a total of ten guests. Original the choice of name that, while
recovering a numerical nomenclature relies on the number of samples color, assigning to each room a shade: purple (chamber 42), ruby (chamber 10), pink (room 4), powder (chamber 58), rust (chamber 45) and blue (chamber 25). Chromatic conductor wire is constituted by black and gray declined steadily on different materials. To characterize the rooms inside there is a contemporary design that aims to study the volume and shape the environments enhancing comfort and functionality. Nothing is left to chance and also the furnishings are unique pieces designed tailored to the structure and enhance the craftsmanship of authentic Made in Italy in detail curing materials and finishes. In addition, the presence of natural materials such as wood and marble beside a careful analysis of the colors makes the rooms warm and cozy, with relaxing atmosphere and ideal after a day in the dynamic Milan. As regards the services, Conti Guest House offers total wireless coverage of the rooms and all public areas and an access to the hotel with a private code. On request you can have transfers to and from airport / train station, car rental, booking tickets to museums / theaters, etc. Breakfast is available every morning from 7:30 to 9:30 at the living area, it has also been designed for those who will have to leave the hotel in the early morning. They dedicated the Early breakfast box, a complete tray not to give up the first meal of the day. There are also some bicycles for those who visit the city moving faster on two wheels.
