Every month, cooking courses and gourmet dinners offered by CHIC starred chefs at the Scuola della Cucina italiana will guide guests to discover the gastronomic culture of their territories.
Tales of stories, origins, roots … a script that sees the CHIC chefs as the protagonists who, through their recipes and their menus, recreate the ancient traditions that always belong to the traditions of our beautiful country. An event every month unique and different to the Scuola della Cucina Italiana in Piazza Cadorna in Milan, where you can take part in a chef’s cooking lesson that offers a real journey among the authentic tastes of its territory. After the cooking class there is the gourmet dinner where you can taste the creative interpretations of the chef inspired by the raw materials of his region and match local wines. Every dish is an evocation of its memories through the valorization of Italian excellence. The collaboration between Chic – Charming Italian Chef and the Scuola della Cucina Italiana aims to describe the territorial cuisine and to promote the typical products of our country with the aim of safeguarding their culture and the recovery of traditions. The next meeting, scheduled for May the 10th, will be the protagonist of the Ligurian cuisine of Chef Ivano Ricchebono of The Cook restaurant at the Grand Hotel in Arenzano (GE) .
