Till September the 30th the new avocado menu at Al Cortile, the Food Genius Academy restaurant
The fruit of the year, also known as the fruit of love, is the most talked about food photography, the protagonist of new bars and theme places from America and across Europe: It’s obviously the avocado. Food Genius Academy reinterprets it through its Al Cortile restaurant: not the classic avocado dishes but recipes reinterpreted and studied in a gourmet version. Il Cortile – La Cave becomes thus “AvoCave” transforming itself into a tropical area with cocktail bar and set-up by Daniela Sagliaschi. Until the end of September, the new menu of Al Cortile will be enriched by the AvoCave offer: five courses between salty and sweet, a structured and creative menu, which proposes avocado in combination with several other ingredients, beautiful to be photographed and good to eat.
