A new idea for breakfast is the one proposed – for the moment from May, the 7th, until June, the 7th – by all the California Bakery in collaboration with the Azienda Agricola Manicardi and the fine products of its acetaie. Four dishes on the menu for the Balsamic Breakfast: granola & yogurt + fresh fruid salad, avocado toast, pancakes and two eggs any style & choice of bread. All recipes that are well matched with the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, chosen for the occasion by Manicardi drawing on its Le Tonde line, perfect to appreciate the different degrees of aging.
