Ars Italica Caviar and Venini introduce “The perfect Caviar serving set”. Because Caviar is taste and beauty.
Iced crystal cups to store it, teaspoons of mother-of-pearl or even 24-karat gold to collect it. If serving and tasting caviar is an art that does not admit strokes of imagination as to the use of materials that come into contact with food – to avoid contaminating it by altering its taste – the preciousness of caviar can instead marry without fear with an equally precious and unique container. This idea inspired “The perfect Caviar serving set”, the perfect object to store and bring to the table the caviar with a noble garment. Born from the collaboration between Ars Italica Caviar and Venini, it speaks of elegance, unique craftsmanship, luxury and tradition just like its content, but also of art that is now history. Just think that the container revisits the famous and iconic “Fazzoletto” by Fulvio Bianconi, created with a soft but decisive circular gesture and joined the permanent at the MoMa in New
York. A symbol of the know-how of Venini’s master glassmakers, who have developed and declined the “Caviar Collection” in two sizes so that they can be used individually or in pairs, directly accepting the precious eggs or their boxes from the smallest to the most generous . Style and elegance also in the choice of colors: the brilliant black of the external surface is reflected on the gold leaf immersed and exploded, while the taupe colored interior embraces without invading the reflections and the nuances of the caviar. Only 100 pieces: a limited edition, numbered and signed on the bottom to accommodate the different types of caviar obtained from sturgeons grown for more than 10 years on average in the clear waters of the Ticino Park that represent the Italian excellence of Ars Italica Caviar (brand of Italian Caviar srl, Calvisius Group), pioneer of the rebirth of the tradition of sturgeon and Italian caviar. “The perfect Caviar serving set” is available in Venini stores all over the world and on the Ars Italica e-shop. € 350.00 the smaller version (⌀18 h.7.5 cm); € 1250.00 the larger version (⌀40 h.12.5 cm).
