Three-star menu in the clouds from June 1th to August 31th. The Japanese airline Ana (All Nippon Airways), recognized for the fourth consecutive year by Skytrax with the prestigious 5-star, in fact consolidates its collaboration with Enoteca Pinchiorri to offer First Class passengers departing from Japan a menu exclusively stuied by renowned and three-star restaurant in Florence. The first meeting between the Japanese carrier and Annie Féolde, chef-owner of the Enoteca Pinchiorri, dates back to 2014, when Annie Féolde became part of the team The Connoisseurs, the group made by renowned chefs, connoisseurs of drinks and the Ana catering chefs who studies the gastronomic proposals offered by the company to its passengers on board and in lounges. For this summer 2016, the Enoteca Pinchiorri, a representative in the international arena of the Italian culinary supremacy, has collaborated with Ana chef team to propose a menu that combines the Tuscan tradition with the Japanese hospitality. The dishes are served with a fine selection of wines given by the gourmet restaurant, which provides for the pink champagne Bruno Paillard, Rosso di Montalcino Pian delle Vigne by Antinori and Pomino Bianco Riserva Benefizio by Frescobaldi.
