The Fishbar de Milan doubles in Milan with the new opening in Porta Romana, but the concept is also ready for an international adventure.

A bistro with an original concept where fish is the absolute protagonist of a mix of international cuisine recipes reinterpreted according to Italian taste. Dishes sought after by high cuisine but at the same time informal, so much so that the first Fishbar de Milan, opened in 2014 in Brera (Via Montebello 7) has become in a very short time a place of choice for those who appreciate fish in all its variations. And now it doubles, with the opening of the second place in Porta Romana, precisely in via Lazzaro Papi 7, thus bringing to 4 the Fishbar de Milan present in Italy if we also consider the seasonal openings of the bistros of Poltu Quatu and Courmayeur. Fishbar de Milanrestaurant has added ideas going beyond the formula of the bistro and becoming a restaurant & lounge, alongside the traditional gastronomic offer of the executive chef Erik Rojas also a gourmand aperitif (every night from 18 onwards) entrusted to the mixologist Giuseppe Russo, which also offers cocktails that have been lost over the years, with unusual and forgotten ingredients.
