After the huge success of the first edition, it’s back again Dining With the Stars, the venture that brings the star chefs of the Jeunes Restaurateurs d’Europe in the kitchen of the Overwater Restaurants of Planhotel Hospitality Group’s Maldivian resorts, Diamonds Athuruga and Diamonds Thudufushi. Until the end of March, one evening per week in each of the two exclusive resorts, a JRF chef will create a gourmet dinner in the temporary restaurant created specifically within its renovated Overwater Restaurants, set design of unique beauty that will frame the events. The chefs of the European Association presided by the two Michelin stars Ernesto Iaccarino – while the president of JRE Italy is now Marco Stabile, 1 Michelin star – also will sign the menus
of Diamonds Athuruga and Diamonds Thudufushi, creating every week a menu that will delight guests with gourmet dishes always different. For the most addicted people, there will be also the cooking class per week during which the JRF chefs reveal recipes and secrets of their kitchen. Dining with the Stars wants to become an annual event, a new pattern of excellence for the two Diamond Resorts representing the luxury brand of the group and boasting among its plus, in addition to the incomparable setting of the atolls where they gently lay down, beautiful beach bungalows and luxurious water villas, superior service and many customised suggestions, from diving to the spa, which allow guests to create their own tailor-made holiday.
