Air Canada’s culinary partner, Chef Hawksworth will create a selection of seasonal dining options including appetizers, main courses and desserts, complementing our current route-inspired dining on international flights. On flights departing Canada, following an after-take off cocktail service, start your meal with a Hawksworth signature appetizer, such as yellowfin tuna tataki with scallion vinaigrette, passion fruit and puffed rice. Next, choose from a selection of entrées like grilled Alberta AAA beef tenderloin with truffle and porcini sauce, potato au gratin, baby carrots and fine green beans or Chef Hawksworth’s tamari roasted sablefish with bok choy, carrots, brown rice and chili miso vinaigrette with crispy shallots. Finish with a selection of cheeses and a glass of port,
fresh seasonal fruit or Chef Hawksworth’s signature dark chocolate fondant from our presentation trolley. To complement the dining experience, Ken Chase, a world-renowned oenologist, viticulturist and key collaborator for Air Canada wine program, chooses a selection of wines from some of the world’s top vineyards for you to discover. Moreover, Air Canada’s Concierge Agents offer Premium e Business class, Elite e Super Elite passengers a personalized and dedicated service in 39 airports around the world. The Concierge Agents are available to assist passengers with travel and airport related matters and special requests, such as hotel or restaurant reservations, special in-flight meals and entertainment. And because they enjoy a direct link to concierge guilds in cities around the world, Concierge Agents are able to assist premium customers with ticketing, connections, upgrades and baggage handling. In Italy the concierge service has been operating from last spring in Milan and soon it will be active in Roma Fiumicino airport.
