At 12.30 pm in the wonderful atmospheres of the Restaurant Rubacuori by Venissa the guests will taste the best traditional food with lamb cooked in various ways, baked pasta, boiled eggs with the most unique mix of salads, sweets and savouries from domestic cuisine plus other
intriguing surprises. The menu offers special dishes created by the Chef Andrea Asoli like Roast lamb with potatoes, Old style Kid stew, Goat cheese and seasonal vegetables pies, cold pasta and borage salad, Casatiello Pasquale, Lombardy and Veneto cold cuts selection, Cheese selection from Valsassina, seasonal vegetables in different ways, boiled eggs with anchovys mayonnaise, stew turkey with white wine, Timbale of pasta with eggplant, Eggs in different textures with spring herbs. Upon request guest can taste orange Pigeon and Homemade tortello with ossobuco .
