After the first Gala evenings over Gottardo, S.Pellegrino Sapori Ticino makes his way back home to continue the celebrations of its tenth birthday with the opening night of 1 May devoted to Chef of Swiss Deluxe Hotels group at the Hotel Splendide Royal in Lugano. From May 2th appointments with 10 chefs tristarred in a succession of missed gourmet events will instead start. Thomas Bühner open dances with Luca Orini as guest at the Seven-Lugano The Restaurant. According exceptional protagonist is Massimo Bottura, one of the leading exponents of contemporary food culture, who on May 8th will compete in the kitchen along with Salvatore Frequent, resident chef of the Hotel Eden Roc in Ascona. The big party will continue with this calendar: May 9th Annie Féolde (Enoteca Pinchiorri) with his executive chef Riccardo Monco and the cooking chef Alessandro Della Tommasina both guests of chef Dario Ranza at Villa Principe Leopoldo (Lugano); May 15th Pascal Barbot meet Domenico Ruberto at the Hotel Splendide Royal in Lugano; the 16th another myth of Italian cuisine, Niko Romito, will be the guest of Andrea Bertarini to Conca Bella-Enoteca Restaurant Hotel Vacallo; Castello del Sole Ascona instead will see the arrival, on May 29th, of Peter Knogi, guest Othmar Schlegel, while 30th it will be even Italy protagonist thanks to the brothers Enrico and Roberto Cerea guests Eros Picco at The View of Lugano; for the evening of 31th will come instead from Germany Christian Bau, guest Nicholas Costantini at Ciani Restaurant Lugano; We will continue on June 6th with Jonnie Boer guest Egidio Iadonisi at the Swiss Diamond Hotel Vico Morconte; The last tristarred in program will be Eric Pras, June 8th, in Frank Oerthle kitchens at the Restaurant Gallery Artè at Lake of the Grand Hotel Villa Castagnola Lugano.
