Peruvian cuisine is one of the most diversified in the world and Peru is the country with the largest number of dishes, most of them at the top of the world cuisine. Food Genius Academy is organizing a course of authentic Peruvian cuisine in collaboration with the chefs Sheilla Diaz and Cesar Recharte of Inkanto restaurant in Milan. For the first lesson, scheduled on June 8th (15 to 18), the two teachers will explain “How to make a real Ceviche”, the most famous dish of the entire Peruvian gastronomy and Latin America.
